Default Anacheilium cochleatum var. alba

Alba form of the typical clamshell orchid. This particular plant is smaller than most others I've seen of this species: pseudobulbs are only 2-3", with the leaf adding another 3-4" on top of that. No smell that I can detect. Ten blooms on four spikes. I grow it warm and bright, mounted on cork, and it likes to dry out between watering. Thanks for looking!

Wow, I really like that! I can see the buds in the sheath of mine (NOT an Alba form) so should have blooms soon, but yours are so much more interesting than mine!
