Smile Iwanagara Apple Blossom blooming but no fragrance

Hi all well it finally bloomed last night and they are beautiful but I am so dissapointed that there is no fragrance...

There are still 3 or 4 other buds on the plant that are still in the process of blooming. The blooms are much smaller then I anticipated.

Check it out!

Sheridan

Lovely Sheridan! Good growing!
I don't grow this plant, but I know my fragrant orchids it usually takes a few days before the fragrance 'kicks in' - maybe this just needs a little time ?

I agree...give it a few days and you'll find yourself smiling but not knowing why...and then you realize you just walked past the Iwanagaara!

When I got one of these, it took a little while but I was happy when I could spell and say "Iwanagara". Then, the name changed to Leonora and now it is Jackfowliera as best I can tell. I guess I can start remembering that now for a while.
