Because of their ease in setting seed pods and even volunteer germination, the reed stem epidendrums are notorious for having many unnamed offspring from indeterminate parents.
Having said that, this looks a lot like Epi Hokulea (Epi Joseph Lii x cinnabarinum, originally registered by Puanani Orchids in Hawaii). The hybrid was originally named after Hokule' a, the Hawaii built twin-hulled Polynesian voyaging canoe. Using traditional, non-instrument celestial navigation techniques, Hokule' a made various trips from Hawaii to Tahiti and back, and throughout the Pacific. If I recall correctly, Hokule' a was the name of a star in the northern hemisphere.
We also remade the cross, using 4N parents. But this is just my guess from looking at the flowers & relatively compact plant growth in the photo. Radicans looks a lot like these flowers, but not quite as red.
