Default Laelia autumnalis in bloom

This is one of my favorites. I love the color, especially the darker tips and the way the the sepals and petals curl back. I usually get 2 spikes on this one, but a creature decided to devour one of the bulbs this year
You can see how the petals look almost like the are trying to go peloric with their ruffled edges.

That is really lovely. I like the way the petals are recurved and the way it fades from dark to light. Good growing.
