They dots are actually "splashing" of fresh cement, due to a rebuilting work in my neighbor! Fortunately, the plant was not affected!

Yes it is...

Infierno don't have full-roud flowers, but on the other hand it have one of the darkest purple-reds petals and sepals you are going to find on uniunifoliate Cattleyas.
