I hope I have time to pic the flower, 'cause lueddemannianas are short-living and I'll be travelling 'till sunday!
Them don't worry... look if it have noticeable bi-horned anther cap (very distinct from other unifoliates)... the thing here is that your alba-plena don't have well developed side lobes (something odd for lueddemannianas), and also have to much fringed edges and the lip is to much "tonge" shaped (instead of round or squared)... also two things odd for lueddemannianas but not odd for other Cattleyas.
