On Flickr, click all sizes, then thumbnail and then copy the photo URL (item 2 box).
On OB, press Insert Image icon, paste the photo URL and press Ok. Something like this will appear in the message box:

Go Back to the Flickr thumbnail page and choose the image size you want the thumbnail open. Let's say medium. Press medium on that page to load the image. This time go to the address box on top of the page and copy the page URL.
Back to the OB message box, highlight the line you pasted before, from [IMG]http://www.orchidboard.com/community/cattleya-alliance/cattleya-alliance/cattleya-alliance/cattleya-alliance/... until .... [IMG], press the 'insert link' icon, paste the Flickr page URL for medium size in the box and press OK.
If everything is well you will have something like this:

[ URL ="http://www.flickr.com/photos/rosim/3939818688/sizes/m/"] [ IMG ] http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2528/3939818688_eac91c1cfe_t.jpg[/IMG][ /URL ]
