Default Cattleya warscewiczii semi-alba

Not too bad for a first-bloom plant. I bought two of these, and although the label states that they are the same cross, they look radically different. I did not get a chance to take a photo of the flowers from the second plant before they faded (so I won't be able to provide a comparison until next year), but the blooms from the first plant (not included with this post) had more prominently yellow eyes and the lip was a lighter color.

Very nice, and a striking contrast of color.

Nice one! Must be fun to see the contras between the sibblings. Semi albas of this species are really nice!
