Default Laelia dayana coerulea first bloom
Hi all, I just wanted to share the first ever bloom this plant has produced. I haven't had it for very long so I can't really take credit for it, but I thought it was worth sharing.

Some of the petals are a bit curled back, I read in a prior post that it might be due to sap on the back of it so I misted it with a bit of water in hopes they'll straighten out. Will post an update if it works.

Now known as C. bicalhoi, petal curling is fairly common, and is genetic, not due to sap.

I will add... WHO CARES?!?! That's a great plant!
