Coconut makes a great point to applied to all of our culture boards. Absolutist statements aren’t so helpful, the variables are endless. I’m general making sure roots with vellum benefit buy being allowed to dry between waterings, that can be by greater air circulation being available to the roots. I have great results with liquid rooting compounds, but If the pseudobulbs look full, I wouldn’t worry too much about lack of roots ( for the time being).
