Default Catt. Love Knot 'Blue Star'

Following up on an earlier thread Bayard started on his spectacular sincorana. Although formerly listed as an Lc., Love Knot is now rightly just Catt. as it is a primary hybrid of C. sincorana x C. walkeriana.
Mine is a coerulea. On Bayard's thread, Leafmite had mentioned having a Love Knot but didn't say what color it was. I only found 1 awarded coerulea on OrchidWiz and it was a Fred Clarke plant so I suspect that's where I got mine. This plant has been treading water for a couple years after an emergency re-mount due to rot. I used to get a half dozen blooms at a time which on this little plant looks just spectacular. Alas, just one right now but I'm happy it's coming back and this 1 bloom is absolutely perfect!

Wow, that is beautiful! It has a really elegant appearance!

Mine is a cross made by Alan of Gold Country Orchids and bought as a young plant. I am hoping it will bloom this year.

That is beautiful. I have the same one, but it is taking so long to reach blooming size. But I will wait, and eventually it will get there.
