The picture looks horrible. The colors are completely off. I try a Tiff first, but the site would not upload the TIFF. Any advice of better file size and format?

Thanks for the replies. I will try JPEG. The picture was taken with my phone and "developed" using Lightroom and Photoshop. I will try another as a JPEG.

Default Using GPEG

This is another try using GPEG 1024X700

This did not work either. They are fine in Flickr, but really bad here. Next lets try to link to see if it is the file conversion.

Default Cattley Rex better picture.

Yeap. I got lucky with that Rex. Turn out to be a polyploid.
Leaves are as big as my biggest Warscewiczii , so probably 3N instead of 4n since it is fertile.
