Quite the petals on this one

Is it grown s/h-ly or regular watering in inorganic media?

Just this morning I noticed a hint of fragrance on the flower which opened first. I'm hoping it ramps up over the next couple of days

So we had our first chilly night last night, so a few orchids came in, including this one. When I woke up this morning, WOW! It's fragrant alright!
