Default Ctsm. Susan Fuchs

This is a seedling from the selfing of Ctsm. Susan Fuchs 'Bugundy Chips' FCC AOS. I obtained the seedling several years ago from H&R Nurseries.

I like it a lot and have to see if it is possible to get one somewhere in Europe.

Cool flower Mel, thanks for sharing.

I have had some wonderful plants from H&R in the past. They always arrive bare root and in excellent condition, like they just came out of the pots! Great selection of species, hybrids, clones and compots (which I love).

Hi Steve. It's nice hearing from you. It just so happens there is an orchid show this week (Ewa Orchid Show) where I"ll be displaying some of my plants. However I don't have much hope in showing this plant at the Show. Catasetums are just too difficult to transport and handle without losing most of the pollen. This plant is one that I can best admire at home.

I have to say it is really stunning. If you compare it with the awarded plant, it is actually nicer. So much for clones being exact copies. Enjoy it!!
