That's a very healthy looking plant, and the spike's quite nice too. I've always loved the scent of the blooms of this species. Congratulations on a great flowering.

I bought this September of 2010 from Andy's Orchids when they were at the Huntington Library orchid show. It didn't bloom for me last year so this is its first flowering for me.

The flowers were just starting to open yesterday morning and when I got home in the evening they were all completely open. I know that they are supposed to be fragrant but I didn't notice any fragrance last night when I was taking photos. I will have to ask my wife to check today during the day.
