Default Stanhopea pulla

Stan pulla has the smallest flowers of all Stanhopeas. In contrast, the plant has an average size! (pic #3). The entire span of the twin flowered inflorescence is smaller than a single Stan nigroviolacea flower. Stan pulla has some variations in color (pale yellow to dark orange, mine has red spots in petals) but morphology is the same. Delicate fragrance (remember 'sanitizer') and tight at touch, remembering more 'plastic' than wax

Very pretty flowers. And the plant habit looks nice and fairly tidy--for a Stanhopea. Is the fragrance not good? I can't think of very many sanitizers that smell all that great. Still, the flowers and plant are beautiful.
