This is one of my Stanhopeas that seems to do really well with Cattleya type brightness, contrary to the typical Stan which likes very shady conditions. I think I have about 10 spikes that have either bloomed or will be be blooming soon. The scent is OUTSTANDING!!! Super strong, and just amazing! I recommend this species for anyone who wants something new and unusual!

Outstanding! The fragrance must almost be overpowering with that many flowers. Do you have any other Stanhopeas that you can compare the fragrance with?

I do have a bunch of Stans, but this one (to me) smells like a VERY strong Cattleya walkeriana. Just amazing!
