Cool looking Mormodes! It seems that these flowers are a little smaller than the typical Mormodes. Is this true?

Gena, I am afraid that I have to say true and nothing more than the true, so help me God...That Mormodes is to much ugly and frightening has his name says to even look it at glance, and it second warsceblabla somenthing just get it worst, my face get stiff, my tummy fells bad and specially my tonge get incapable to pronounce what I asume is a ancient babilonian demon name. Is like see the gorgonne face first thing in the morning!!!!

Since I am a good man I will help you to erase that Chimera from planet earth and I humbly accept to keep it locked in my nursery the rest of his green live.

P.D. Can someone please feed the monster with a pike, Gena almost lose his Hand... now I know why your opossum is not showing his face since Tuesday "requiescat in pace"

Steve, the flowers are approximately 1.8 in (4.5 cm), which is about “normal” size for the species. But generally, yes, they are a bit smaller, but not much. There are quite a number of species with even smaller flowers.

Very nice, I totally disagree with Jan, those flowers are spectacular, specially for the contrast between the purple dots over the white background.
