Excited to share my Ctsm. cirrhaeoides x Clowesia rosea Female
Default Strange, fuzzy and my new favorite

Excited to share my Ctsm. cirrhaeoides x Clowesia rosea! I bought this in bloom last year, and it has generously produced two spikes this year. It's a fuzzy, odd, irresistible flower with a fantastic fragrance to boot.

Thanks for looking!

Not a floral scent, more of a green scent. I love it!

Thanks for the name, Steve. Mine came from the Orchid Trail in NC, but they got it from Bela Vista Orquideas.

Oh that's gorgeous. I love that green and tiger patterning. Really neat stuff.

As soon as it grows a bit bigger, I'd be happy to!

It took a while (10 years!) but the Catasetums have won me over. This one particularly has a special place in my heart. I expect before it's all over, I'll have been colonized by every last orchid.

Nice hearing from you!
