Default Clowesia Rebecca Northen 'Grapefruit Pink'

I got a Cl. Rebecca Northen 'Grapefruit Pink' June 2017 replanted into moss and put in my west facing window and also with some T5 bulbs for extra light and warmth.

My understanding is that Clowesia bulbs are much smaller than Catasetum species (which I have a few of), but it did grow what seems to be a very plump large bulb.

I was excited about a week ago to see what I thought was a bloom spike, but it has started to leaf out. Now I'm pretty sure that it is a new growth. I assume that I should still let it go dormant by Christmas?

And by 'go dormant' I meant that I should start cutting down water at Thanksgiving and withhold by Christmas.

Nah. Keep watering as normal if its still growing. Try to keep air temperature around the plant above 55 degrees.

I'm growing in the house so keeping it about 55 isn't a problem.

My experience is that there are a couple that don't conform to the rules. Millenium Magic and tabulare are just 2. Pileatum also pushes limits. I watch for yellowing leaves before adjusting watering.
