I've noticed this group will grow in spurts, with incredible growth followed by nothing. Just keep everything as you're doing for a year and modify things after that. This plant was recently repotted and moved, so it takes time for the normal growth rate to get up to full speed after a shock.

Seriously, your plant looks fine! Just give it some time.

By other hand that's something I also agree. I may increase fert ppm just a tiny bit and repot it next year. It has lots of roots and putting it in a basket with a moss layer around it might be the final touch to make it feel as happy as it can be.

I'm finally back home after my surgery.
Obviously I have some updates...
First one is my stanhopea...

The leaf on the new growth is starting to unfold.

But the biggest surprise was, while we were duscussing that it probably needs more fertilizer, another new growth is growing from the base of the same pbulb. Now it needs more fert for sure...

Great!

Thanks for the reply!
Any special care at this stage, mainly to avoid damaging it?

I don't know! Its a small plant, so my guess would be somewhere around 2-5 flowers.
