Default Watering while in bloom (windowsill)

This isn't a problem I've had yet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hope to have it soon.

I got a Stan tigrina 'The Predator' and Stan embreei last November. Both have put up two new leaves and the pseudobulds are starting to swell. I can also see a lot of new root growth -- I potted them into hanging wood baskets from the small plastic pots shortly after I got them. I think they are very happy.

I grow them in my house and don't have an outdoor space to put them even when the weather turns nice. Currently I water them by setting them in the sink and letting them drain before hanging them back up in the window.

I won't be able to let them sit in the sink to drain when they bloom. Does anybody have a clever solution for this?

Buy a one- or two-gallon pump-up sprayer, put a drip tray under the plant, and you can pinpoint the watering location.

Or, take it to the shower/bathtub and water it really well then hang it in there until it's done dripping. That's what I used to do w/all my mounts, before I had my current mount-rack set up.

I've put a tension curtain rod over the sink between 2 cabinets to drain my bulbos or other plants with a hanging inflorescence.Works well.I'm also experimenting with 2 stans. but bet you'll have better success!

I also use the shower for watering mounted plants, and let them hang in there to drip off, so that would be my first suggestion, but Ray's and Dea's suggestions also sound do-able!
