It's a Monnierara Millenium Magic "Witchcraft". You know. The only clone that exists.

Hmm looks like mite damage. I'd say spray with an insecticide (neem oil or insecticidal soap if you have it). Also, pull away the dead leaf parts still attached to last years' pseudobulb. Spider mites love to nest in there. These bites can lead to fungal/ bacterial infection. Watch closely. Maybe treat the spots with a dab of cinnamon. Hope this helps!

Nope, Sharpie. I was trying to illustrate the growth rate; which surprised me greatly. I made a single mark with the sharpie across the two leaves and the distance between the two is how much the plant had grown in 24 hours. Although don't get me started on mites, I had to treat everything over the winter and nearly lost one of my favorite plants, a phal violacea coerulea I've already posted here about, when the crown died.

Ha! I get it now. Sorry about that! Jeez, I'm over here trying to diagnose a healthy plant!

Growth rate looks great. At this stage you can almost watch it grow. Every winter I think about how much room I have. By late spring I'm trying to play Tetris with my plants!

This looks like a cool experiment.
