Here's some pics of my Stan. tricornis. This is the second time it decided to bloom in the house.

Definitely not one of the more common Stans. How's the scent on this one?

The scent is like a sweet herbal concoction and is a little on the weaker side of stanhopea scent intensity. This one, surprisingly, grows better than my Stan. wardii and is currently about 3 ft. in diameter. This thing is the largest orchid in my collection so far.

A very unique species. Is it difficult to bloom?

No, its actually very easy. I got mine to bloom in normal home settings. If you want specifics, the temp. is between 63-75 during its blooming season and humidity fluctuates between 39-47 percent. It is kept evenly moist with mild air circulation from a ceiling fan. The environment should be kept somewhat constant without extreme differences in factors such as temp.
