Default Galeandra baueri bloomed

I am very pleased to have received this plant that a grower sent me as a freebie with my last order in May. It had a leafless p/bulb and a new growth which is now in flower.
Well It's now flowered and grown: roots, leaves, flowers and there's other new growth appearing at the base... I had never even seen or heard of Galeandras before and am totally enamoured

PS: Merci beaucoup Kavanaru who advised me to read up on this section of the Forum!

Thanks everyone! I'm very pleased as I knew nothing and it's grown and flowered and will hopefully continue in the future! At the moment I'm thinking this is a really easy one..... s !!!!!!!!

Thanks Ramon! unfortunately have not detected any fragrance at all at any time...have tried 9am/12pm / 6 and 9 pm and 12am

Hehe, I am happy I am not the only not detecting a fragrance... I do not recall any of my plants in Venezuela bein fragrant, and my plant now is also not fragrant, but recently there was a discussion in a southamerican forum about it: some said it was sweet and some said it was like urine... Who knows...

Are bauris' all different colours? as mine has no mauve /pink in it except one little spot ..
also can you please show the whole plant if you have the time and last question how long have you had yours?
