It is a hybrid between Cycnoches Chloroge (Chloroge is a primary hybrid between Cycnoches chlorochilon and Cycnoches loddigesii) and Mormodes sinuata from 1996 done by Jumbo Orchids. Very good size of the flowers and amazing, rich colour are characteristic for the clone 'Jumbo'. Another pleasant trait of this hybrid is a strong and really nice fragrance.

Very nice. Reminds me of my Wine Delight.

Is it fragrant?

Beautiful flowers, looks first time blooming. Also to me it resembles very much to the wine delight, but the color of yours is even darker, I like very much the heavy substance and of course I can imagine the sweet fragance. Congratulations for such a nice plant.

Very nice! The sinuata influence is very apparent. Looks great!
