Do these bulbs look ok?

Someone said on another forum that they look dehydrated. It lives in an enclosure, creeping on sphagnum moss, have had it for 8 months.



I mist it everyday in the morning for 20 minutes and there are 3 fans inside the enclosure, moving air 24/7.

Here are my current parameters;

The one in the center looks fine but is slightly "thirsty", The one on the left looks more dehydrated, but overall it looks fine.
Remember that bulbophyllums need lots of water.

Just curious, what species is it?
