Default Bulbophyllum medusae--then and now

My medusae is in bloom, a little larger and more mature than last year. The plant is still in its 4-inch plastic basket with coarse bark as the media. This is the plant one year ago when it bloomed in November 2013.

This is the plant blooming today (Oct 24, 2014).
