here is some confusion in this group pahudiella. This one came to me as carinatum but it is not, much smaller set of flowers and no meaty red color. Still smells like rotten seafood but that is the cost of biz with Bulbo's.

It must be very useful to get rid of those guests who just stay and stay. "Hey, since you are still here, let me show you this great orchid...."

we think they stinks. some lovely bug or insect will find its aroma more than stimulating and irresistible

therefore to produce more of the lovely scent that only a malarial swamp loving creature could enjoy and endure

nice flowers though hold your nose rotten seafood has to be the worst smell I can think of since my brother isnt sitting next to me with his rotten shoes.

the corpse lily flower has them smelly plants beat by a long shot .It will make you dry heave if you get a lung full. We had one flower at the museum and I never seen so many people holding their noses in line to look at a flower.

maybe it should be Bulbo Anti Sociale

hi RJ yes I have stood next to a amorphophallus titanum and the smell sticks to you it is so bad. this bad but not that strong have to be right into it to get the full smell.

All in all this one is a bad smell but not as bad as other members of the group. Plus others like B. echinolabium and B. beccarii are worse. But I like them all!!!!
