Is this the Santa Claus orchid??
I think it had been featured on one of the ad on this website. very interesting looking flowers!
Is it scented??

and are those all roots, the red stuff in the pot??

I don't think so. I think I saw a thread for a similar Bulbo called Santa Claus or Christmas or something.

I don't detect any scent.

No, not roots. I used a red mesh in the bottom of the net pot so media wouldn't fall out. Then I lined it with Leca pellets and then potted in moss. It seems happy this way and doesn't like to dry out.

Oh, I see, but I could almost swear they do look like Santa Claus orchid picture I saw. lol

When I first look at those red stuff and thought damn! look at those roots! hahaha

The roots are white and kind of fine like many Oncids. Maybe it is called Santa Claus, but I never heard of it.
