This species was on my wishlist for quite some time. Now it has 1 bloom and I love it very nice flowers.

That is gorgeous! I can see why it was on your wish list, it has now been put on mine. I only had about 15 plants left on it, but I know there will always be "one more plant" to add! Lol! Thanks for sharing your beautiful pics!

I love this one too. I have not had good luck with Bulbs Still trying to get them to bloom for me. Maybe not enough light

Kevin, this one is my favorite Bulbo, and it seems like you have that spotted version, which I love, and don't have:-) Awesome! Mine had 4 spikes last year, so watch out for more!

Mine bloom in "Phal light". Most bulbos can bloom in lower light situations. Maybe its your humidity that is the problem

Lynn, Kevin is right, they do not need bright light, however they need to be moist at all times, never let to dry out, I also fertilize mine at least 2 times a month. Some members here actually grow their Bulbos on the saucer filled with water at all times to keep the moisture and some higher humidity, that might help. Check Brooke's post:

No problem Kevin, I will definitely swap, mine is growing pretty well so I will have division for sure:-) I just can't remember who was recently looking for the spotted one here on the board, maybe you could help her and tell her where did you get yours, it was pretty recent post also:-)

Okay, that's it. The bulbo bug has officially bitten me. Is this one an easy grower? If not, I might have to put it on my wish list for orchids I will grow when I move to my dream house with my dream green house in Florida.

Very nice bloom! Thank you for sharing!

I have one. bulbophyllum carunculatum var sulawesi. I'm looking forward to seeing it bloom and, oddly, I'm looking forward to smelling it!
