st blooming for me on this plant.On the lip to the right is a small fly no doubt going for the scent which is a little stinky.

If you notice on the rt hand side of the lip, there is a small fly which was attracted to that stinky smell.

Yang ,it is a huge flower but sorry I can't measure it for you as it has since collapsed.Another bud has appeared but it will be quite a long time before in actual bloom.As point of reference,the leaf behind the flower is 8.5 " from base of pseudo bulb to leaf tip.Hope that can give you an idea.
