Default bulophyllum grandiflorum

Hi,
This is an image of the plant from our show bench' which won the judges as well as members choice.
Personally I do not care much for the plant, suppose that is how the flowers open.

Veekay - That is how the flower is supposed to look. I can see why the plant was so popular, it was very well grown and very well flowered.

Yeh, I call it my ugly duckling plant ! It was my first and it DOES grow on you !!! Figuratively AND literally !

Hey, Bob ! I noticed you're in SOS ! That's where I won my first AM/AOS at your show last year ! My Cyc. Jean E. Monnier 'Myia' AM/AOS. Named it after my grandniece whom I just met. She's 5 years old and won my heart ! I'll post it up on a new thread.

The post is up now. Actually, I didn't make it to the show last year. My NCOS friend Ken put it in his display for me. I was at the SOS show in 2009.
