Default Bulbophyllum Echinolabium culture

Hi all I just got my first Bulbo. It is a large Echinolabium with about 20 or so pseudobulbs. I did a search and found a little info but was wondering how everyone here cares for them. Light levels, temps, potting media etc. I was warned that the blooms have a "dog poo" type odor. The plant is spiking now so I hope to find out how bad it is soon.

Thanks for the comments so far. My plan is to keep it under my T5's where it will receive 2000 fc at the top of the highest leaves. It is in a 8 inch net pot filled with sphagnum and perlite. Watering will be tricky because I am not used to potting media that holds water the way sphagnum does.
