Default Bulbophyllum falcatum
Very interesting rachis, I bought it to quell my thirst for purpureo-rachis... well now, thanks eric, I have a purpureo and just have to wait for it to grow up some!

it definitely likes it warm-hot and water often... some people say shade but others say it likes light, i split the difference...
