Wilson your picture looks very much like Bulbophyllum (or Mastigion if you follow Siegerist) appendiculatum. Compare it to the photo in Peter O'Byrne's very nice book "A to Z of south East Asian Orchid Species". I have it as Bulbophyllum putidum but if you read what Peter says I need to change my label.

But this species is not easy to respectively between with Cirr. putidum and sorry, I hadn't enough data about this two species difference on it.

But this species is nature individual.
