Welcome to the Orchid Board!
It would be better to ask a new question in a new thread you start rather than post it at the end of a very old discussion. This way more people will see it and answer. Pick the right forum for your question. In this case it might be reasonable to post your question in any of the Beginner, Bulbophyllum or perhaps Pests and Diseases forums. In each forum at the upper left is a button for New Thread. Type in an informative thread title, and then put your post in the box below. I will ask one of the moderators to make a new thread of your post.
Bulbophyllums tend to like being very wet and very warm. Yellowing and dropping leaves is classic for not watering enough. Even if you have not let the plant dry out, if it is not in a very high humidity environment, it might not be getting enough water. In his book
Bulbophyllums: The Incomplete Guide, Bill Thoms writes he thoroughly soaks to dripping wet his entire collection at least once every day, twice on hot days.
