Hello all,
Would like to add a Catasetum to my collection but i have a limited grow space. Any of the C. sp. come in a dwarf form? TIA

Fred Clarke at Sunset Valley Orchids does breed small hybrids. Go there and look at the Catasetinae listing. They aren't separated out by size so you'll need to look through the listing for the smaller ones.

He will post this year's new listings sometime in the future. If you add your name to his E-mail list you will get the new plant offerings before they go up on the Web site.

Catasetum lucius seems to be the species Fred Clarke uses in a lot of his dwarf Catasetum.
