Don't put mayonaise on the ***king leaves. Haven't any of you heard of salmonella? Gosh.

If they are stains from fertilizers (salts) they should come off with lemon juice or vinegar. I use lemon juice (not even real lemon juice, just that concentrate that they sell to season your salads) and it is good enough to make my leaves shiny without damaging them and taking away any fertilizer/dirt stains.

If your stains are paint and won't come off with lemon or vinegar, there is nothing you can do. Any further attempt might damage the leaves. Leave them be, that's all you can do for now. It doesn't seem to affect the plant so...

I'm just sorry that your plant will look a little dirty. But they are beautiful anyway. Great Paphio.

Thanks everyone!

I'm not very patient with this type of thing, so I talked to the greenhouse about it and they said they usually use orange goop hand cleaner.

So I figured I am going to try it and if that doesn't work, I guess I will have to wait.........

I am getting another flower though!
