Hello everyone:
Here I am with a new problem, almost a year ago this cattleya does not progress, today I took it out and it has good roots but the 2 new shoots are weak and like something burned, I change everything and I have it isolated, if you observe the birth of the bulbs will see that they are fine and dry, I do not know where to look, it will be fusarium or virus; She is out and receives sun in the morning. Somebody could help me? Greetings.

hi merita! welcome! first off, the plant is in way too large a pot! if that is a hanging basket, you can empty it, put an inch or two of gravel, then put your newly repotted plant on top of that...so you have a good drainage system....always make sure every container has lots of drainage holes!

that plant looks like it needs a 4" pot...I think I would use clay there in Orlando. when you repot your plant, you must stake it in well, or use rhizome clips to keep the plant absolutely steady! if it wiggles, it wont root! since its outside, I think it probably rarely will need watering. if you bring it indoors, you can probably water it every week to ten days.

it looks like it has no viable roots. this keeps the leaves from taking up water and nutrients. when you take the plant out of that big pot, trim away all the squishy roots. keep only white roots with green tips.

that's about all I would do for it until it shows active growth. it will not need fertilizer until it shows good roots.

Yes, it's true that the basket is a little big, it's 9 inches up and it goes down to 4 down with 7 inches high, but all mine are in them and they are healthy plants without problems, even those that I bought from Better gro, in one year they bloom me. the basket is woven with natural branches and well ventilated, the plant is staked and has roots well but seems sick because their bulbs are not normal.

your plant's rhyzome is rotting, look at the base of your pseudobulbs and see the brown? that is rot...pls take a close picture to that area for more detail, but it looks to me like your plant has no hope. This is very much likely due to no dry period in between watering as Dounoharm pointed out your roots , am sure, are also rotted away.
This potting system does not allow for roots to dry at all. I would switch to a system that allows more air and much smaller container.
