Phal leaf issue
Default Phal leaf issue

Hm I’m not sure if this is okay to be in a new thread. Been meaning to ask for help abot this. What is this? Is this bacteria or wet rot.
I removed the leaf when it first occured but i do recall after flowering the flower spike grew black
Edit okay I just picked it up and the top fell off like crown rot

Likely bacterial. Throw it away.

I'll also confirm it is bacterial, but more importantly, most of the roots rotted out. As a grower, I'd worry more about that rather than focusing only on the leaves.

In case you didn't know, if the Phalaenopsis has strong intact roots but if the leaves all fall off, the Phalaenopsis can still recover and grow back leaves over time.

If the Phalaenopsis still has leaves, but the roots are all gone, it is much more difficult to recover, but still can be recovered if it is kept in a humid environment with some air circulation.

In your case, the recommendation is just to throw it out like Ray had mentioned and to start over.

Please read the sticky, The Phal abuse ends here.

Did you grow it outside or in the house? What were the temperatures and humidity?
