Did it flower on an existing spike or previous spike?
FWIW, I'd cut the spike(s) and try for a new one. They really don't look right with their length winding round like that.

It flowered on all of the existing spike before, not successively but once in a while. The spike is winding round the plant like that as I kept on rotating the position of the plant😅. I had to do it as it was getting too long |

What Ray meant by 'at what concentration do you apply the fertilizer' was how much of it do you put in what volume of water? Usually this is given in ml or grams per liter, or tsp per gallon.

Ohh I see. I’m actually using some premixed orchid fertiliser that doesn’t have any concentration label on the spray bottle. I give the media two sprays of it whenever I fertilise my orchid. |

???? Now I'm confused. Earlier, you said it was a 20-20-20. What is the name and manufacturer of the product?
What I'm trying to pry out of you is a clue about how much nitrogen you're giving the plant. Excessive nitrogen can lead to great vegetative growth, but can quash blooming altogether. |

It shows the percentage composition of the fertiliser but not the respective concentration of the the various elements/compounds. I hope this helps! It’s called Andgrow orchid formula spray for strong growth. |

It is a 19-19-19 that is meant to be dissolved in water and used as irrigation, not poured on the medium first. The outer coating of orchid roots - called "velamen" - acts like a sponge to rapidly absorb nutrient ions and hold onto them, as a defense against torrential rains stripping nutrition away. By pouring the concentrate on the medium first, the plants are absorbing it full strength.
If you are using it once a week, I would suggest no more than 1/4 ml/L.
