Default Monnierara Millenium Magic leaf has a yellow stripe

I'm fairly certain the answer to this is around here somewhere, I just can't seem to find it.

I've had this orchid for about 3 weeks. In that time it has started a flower spike, the old bulb dropped it's leaves, and the plant seemed content.

Sometime in the last few days this little leaf developed a yellow stripe down the middle of it. I'm guessing this is a specific issue since it didn't match my google results for yellowing orchid leaves.
I would think if it the orchid was just losing leaves because that's what plants do, it wouldn't be such a pronounced stripe. Fertilizer issue?
Also I'm unsure the leaves should be curled as they are instead of open and spread out.
The humidity is around 50% and temps are around 70-74 in the daytime and 65-67 at night.
Thank you!

My first thoughts are that this was grown in an artificial environment or imported from the Southern Hemisphere. The plant is adapting to your conditions which means it is entering dormancy. My plants have been fully dormant for about 5 weeks. I have a plant where the leaves basically yellow simultaneously and then others that yellow as yours is doing. It's definitely not a fertilizer issue. Time will tell. I wonder if that spike will bloom.

Ha, I have the same plant and they are in the exact same situation. Mine had a short dormancy in the fall and quickly shot out a new growth which is growing a spike.

Seems normal leaf yellowing due to dormancy. Plant matured a growth and is losing its leaves as per usual. Mine will usually yellow like that.

Spike will grow like usual. These types of plants will bloom while leafless.

Oh for....serious?

ha. ok. Well, I'm glad I didn't get too overly upset or I'd feel even more silly now.

I knew about this plants dormancy and leaf losing habits, but I think I was baffled at how quickly this started. I just didn't recognize it in my own plant despite googling care for this one. Also, now that I think it over, I think fertilizing issues, at least the ones I'm familiar with, manifest more as brown leaf tips.

Hopefully the spike will be fine! I flowered my oncidium Sharry Baby, my oncidium Twinkle (the pink one), and my new zygotoria? Midnight Blue Cardinal's Roost came with blooms and they all smell wonderful, but I'm hoping this plant has a different scent.

Thank you both for the comments! I'll keep on with care and let it adjust and settle.

Fertilizing issues (deficiencies) actually do show up with those sort of symptoms. Brown leaf tips is more a sign of over fertilizing, or humidity issues. But the main reason to exclude nutrient related issues as the cause is the speed at which the yellowing developed. Nutrient deficiency symptoms are much slower to appear, and are also very rarely a problem in orchids.
