No, that's not peloric. Looks like a schilleriana lip, most likely has some of its genes in that hybrid.

The lip of the shilleriana is not so big. Note that these lips seem enlarged.

I just said it looks like schilleriana might be one of the parents of this hybrid at some point, based on the look of that lip. Whatever the case is, it's not peloric...
