Black marks on flowers when they bloom

Hi everyone!

I have an orange Phal and I've noticed that when new buds start opening up they get these black marks on the back of the petals. When the flowers are in the sun it also looks like something's rubbed the petals colour off, like when a moths wings get rubbed off. This is something new and it's happening with the few newest buds.

I've attached photos! If anyone can let me know if this is some type of virus or indication the orchid is sick?

Also it had a couple leaves that were ripped and now one side of it has stated turning yellow. Not sure what to do as it's a middle leaf and it's yellowing towards the crown. I've attached a picture.
