There is no cure for orchid addiction. Admission is the key, and denial is hopeless.

Being nuts only means you have a lot of company.
Just look around!

I was a really bad boy yesterday.

I was at Lowe's and I was exiting through the garden center and.....my little voice said to me, "Oh Orange! You don't have an Orange one!"

It's says it's a Cattleya.
And the ID stick says, "EPLC. Volcano trick "Paradise"
It's one of those 1 yr old ones in the net bag.

I'll post some pics once it's planted/mounted.

Please be nice.
I know I was/am a really really bad boy

p.s.: I know have 40 different orchids. A nice "even" number

You lucky thing! Cattleyas are my favorites. I love their fat leaves, like plastic! of course their flowers, and often they are scented. The multi floral kind like volcano trick is fabulous. Orange is the best color too! I just got 2 beautiful blue ones though! I really need to get some orange! Not sure why I always end up with Pink flowers! I like pink, sure (not hatin on the pink!) but I want some orange, green, and blue!
