Is it a keiki Male
Default Is it a keiki

Hi Everyone,

Xin Nian Kuai Le to my friends celebrating the lunar new year!

I came across a pretty much dead orchid during visiting and found a few little ones sprouting. I don't know, but my natural instinct was to rip the healthiest one off and bring it home. (refer to picture)

Question: Now how or what should I do? It's really tiny can it sit by itself? The root tips look healthy.

Thanks alot everyone! =)

I plant little ones like that in very loose spag moss, keep them moist ( not wet ) and give them lots of light, not direct sun. It does take a long time and a lot of them don't make it. I try to have more roots on them though. Good luck...Jean
