Your plant seems to be thirsty. The leaves seem soft and shriveled and a litle bit shriveled. That's a sign it needs water.

I also repotted it today the roots didn't look all that great hopefully I can save it. And I worry about over watering it

Temp is 60-70 and humidity I'm not sure I'm from Colorado so pretty low

It would be great to see pics of the roots, if you have some.
With low humidity, regardless of the temp, you should water it at least once a week. So that you can have an idea, my phals are watered once per week with temps around 68 F and 60% HR.
