HELP, HELP MY VANDA needs helpppp

So I went my aunties husband house and I saw a wild vanda mounted on a tree at the termite nest.i took it and it is small as big as your adult palm.it has some goods roots.how should I plant it cause I tried pressing on the roots and it just cruch like you cucumber.imahine that the roots are cucumber and when you press it the got cruncheed up, is it ok or the roots are dead and ghe growing tips and white plus yellow not green

If the root crunches, it is alive and healthy and you are damaging it. Not all roots turn green.

Is your Aunt and Uncle's house far away? If they are near the same elevation (sea level or mountain?) attach the Vanda to a tree with similar light as at their house. If you want to keep it mobile, put it in a basket and hang it someplace in your yard.

Ohh, I went wrong.ya their house was in kl and I am in kb so I took it on vacation,luckily I can bring it on flight and ohh one more thing I took an african violet at tesco does the care same like normal houseplant.i got two catt and the one I posted was happy and ok Thanks for your help
