That looks like Schomburgkia tibicinsis.
I picked up a plant of it last year, as I was smitten with it from years ago. A HID grower from our society had one flowering in his plant room when I came for a visit. Mine's not even close to flowering size, but definately looking forward to it. Hopefully it does not out grow my space on the way to blooming size!

That's what it is! I just fell in love with it but it's kind of on the expensive side. I'll have to wait on this one
